Since 1993 we have been cultivating our land with love to preserve the tradition of taste and with a single objective in our heart: the authenticity of our products. This is why we have been organic farmers since the beginning of our adventure. Antica Enotria is located in Cerignola, Puglia. The vineyards and fields extend from the interior towards the sea, a mix of landscapes made of sun and wind that offers a unique terroir in the world. The cellar and tasting room are located inside the ancient Contessa Staffa farm, a noble building dating back to 1700. It is here that the company produces organic wine and preserves. For us, organic farming is a lifestyle choice, not a simple cultivation method. Wine is the result of a process that tells the bond and history between man and land. Preserves, tomatoes and sauces must reflect the true taste of the raw materials, which is why each product is processed following the natural seasonality of the fruit.
