Visit and tasting
Our winery tours begin at our winery house with an explanation of the founding of the estate. We continue with a tour of our vineyards where you can see and touch our vines and learn about the grape varieties we grow. We also pause for a picture moment of the views overlooking our vineyards. We continue on to the fermentation room where you learn all about wine fermentation what how Martúe makes their unique wine blend every year. We then visit the bottling and labeling room then continue to our barrel room where we try our first wine, our white wine made from 100% Verdejo grapes, amongst lit candles and learn all about barrel ageing. We finish in our tasting room where we try our final two wines, Martúe 2021, A coupage of our red grapes and Martúe Syrah, our only monovarietal red from 100% Syrah grapes. All our wines during our tasting are accompanied by homemade Spanish appetizers locally made in the real Manchego spirit.

Whether you are a casual wine lover or a seasoned connoisseur, our experiences are designed to leave a lasting impression. We are a single estate winery (Pago) which makes our wines and winemaking stand out. We pride ourselves in being one of only 32 wineries in Spain to have the appellation of Pago, meaning all of our wine is produced, fermented, aged, and bottled here at our estate using only grapes from our vines, no one else’s.
