La Cave d'Elisée is a tasting cellar located in the heart of Burgundy, in Beaune, one of the most prestigious wine regions in the world. This iconic place offers an authentic immersion in the world of Burgundy wines, famous for their finesse and complexity. The tasting is a true sensory experience. Accompanied by a sommelier or a local expert, visitors are guided through an in-depth exploration of the flavors, aromas and subtleties that characterize each wine. The explanations provided allow a better understanding of the influence of the Burgundy terroir, the diversity of climates and the ancestral know-how of the winemakers.
