Founded in 1929, Champagne Mailly Grand Cru is one of the few exclusively mono Grand Crus in Champagne, our vineyard covers more than 70 hectares in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Natural Park. The Pinot Noir (75%) reveals a unique freshness, the Chardonnay (25%) blends harmoniously and the plots of vines exposed to the four cardinal points give a unique character to our terroir and our champagnes. The development of Champagne is a long and complex process: from the arrival of the grapes to the release of the bottles, respecting our environment has always been at the heart of our house's considerations. We are thus proud to hold since 2021, the High Environmental Value (HVE) and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC) certifications for the entire vineyard. It is with pleasure that we will welcome you in our tasting area with a panoramic view of our vineyards and that we will entrust you with the secrets of the production of our champagnes.
