Al di là del Fiume is a biodynamic farm in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, comprising 5 hectares of native vineyards vinified naturally using terracotta amphorae. In our osteria and guesthouse, we welcome those who want to eat healthy, genuine food and have a wonderful experience immersed in the historical and natural park of Monte Sole. Al di là del Fiume was born on the martyred land of Marzabotto in the Monte Sole Historical Park. A place where history has left deep marks and a silent warning not to forget. I would like every plant and every person to feel at home in this place. I would like this farm to become an opportunity for everyone to stop, reflect, and take care of themselves and their surroundings. A place where you can take a break to find yourself and rediscover the beauty of our uniqueness, a break to then resume and continue your personal journey of growth.
