Visit and tasting
La Maison Familiale has been ranked #1 among the vineyards to visit in Champagne according to Tripadvisor's Traveler Ranking criteria since 2023 for the quality and authenticity of its tours. Places are very limited.
This tour is confidential; the champagne-making processes (especially in the larger estates) are generally closed to the public.
You will have an exclusive chat with the estate's co-owner (Marie Lallement), who will present:
1/ The importance of the Premier Cru terroir and the concepts of sustainable viticulture
2/ The sale of our grapes, juice, and still wine to the larger estates, and the use of certain musts for the creation of Champagne Lallement-Massonnot through a tour of the presses and stainless steel vats (+ vinification in oak barrels). The differences between the larger estates and grower-produced champagne.
3/ A triple tasting of the family estate's Premier Cru vintages, choosing from four for your group/couple.

Sobre o anfitrião
Domaine 1er Cru, Family, operating around 5 hectares, only 15/20 from Reims. Xavier (Telecom Engineer ParisTech) and Marie (Master Finance EDC / Cergy Pontoise) got to know each other in Paris and after 10 years of careers in their respective fields, they decided to take over the family estate at the dawn of their 35th birthday. It is with great enthusiasm that Marie develops Export and Wine Tourism. Xavier ensures the Harvest of the year by working his vines daily with care!
