You discover the techniques to describe the color of the wine, to distinguish its flavors, to feel the taste nuances. You find the words to express your impressions using appropriate vocabulary.
This playful and participatory session is unusual. You will be surprised by the richness of your tasting notes. It will be followed by a gourmet moment based on local products.

Sobre o anfitrião
Thierry Truffert, sommelier and trainer, is the founder of Une Autre Cave. He has been selecting, advising and distributing wines for 18 years. His apprenticeships, dedicated to wine trades, are operational and professional. He himself is an oenological service provider to restaurants, wine merchants and businesses. Passionate about vines, in love with the Loire and curious about others, he conceives and transmits oenology naturally.
