The Bordeaux Historia Vini association initiated the opening on June 26, 2008 of the Bordeaux Wine and Trade Museum in the Chartrons district. In three half-buried cellars, the museum presents a collection of unique historical objects, multiple testimonies from the past and the present with a number of documents and explanatory signs retracing the trade in Bordeaux wines : the evolution of the trade of wine merchant, since the privilege of Bordeaux wines dating from the Middle Ages to the present day, including work in the cellars and exports.
