Learn how to make the typical sauce of the Canary Islands, the Mojo, in a workshop of "Mojo Picón with wrinkled potatoes", red or green, with coriander, parsley or pumpkin. Our chef will guide you to get the best taste of one of the 7 gastronomic wonders of this country.

Sobre o anfitrião
Bodegas Monje, with its views of El Teide, sits proudly in the rolling countryside of La Hollera, overlooking the municipality of El Sauzal in the north of Tenerife. Since 1750, the Monje family have been producing wine and now, the fifth generation are at the helm. Oak barrels and modern maceration systems coexist creating the special character and flavour of the Monje red, white and rosé wines, making them an essential accompaniment to Canarian cuisine.
