The second part of the tour will continue to discover the history of Baglio Diar and its deep connection with the territory, and you will taste the most representative wines of the winery, whose labels are a clear reference to Sicilian culture.
During the tasting you can also taste our organic EVO oil accompanied by croutons of typical artisanal durum wheat bread.

The Baglio Diar winery is located in Marsala, where the vineyards benefit from the wonderful climate and refreshing marine influence. The Di Girolamo family boasts a long tradition of success and in recent years is experiencing exponential growth thanks to the effervescent passion of the younger figures in the family. Baglio Diar maintains certified organic viticulture to guarantee the maximum quality and safety of its products, and follows environmentally friendly production practices. Demonstrating a strong bond with Sicilian tradition and culture, the company grows mainly native vines and offers an exclusive design on the label inspired by characters and emblematic phrases of Sicilian writers such as Pirandello and Verga.
