The estate is located within the production area of the Primitivo di Manduria DOC, one of the most suitable terroirs in Italy for quality viticulture, and houses an ancient 17th century farmhouse in a single perimeter, restored with respect for the environment and the original architecture, as well as a contemporary cellar, designed according to the most current principles of bio-architecture. For most visitors, Salento is above all a suggestive seaside destination thanks to the immense white sandy beaches and crystalline sea, which have earned it the nickname of "Maldives of Italy". But Salento is much more than its coasts: just go a little inland to understand that the hinterland holds the most precious treasures of art and tradition. Among countryside dotted with centuries-old olive trees and ancient silent villages where the footsteps of passers-by echo, Salento reveals its profound Apulian soul characterized by centuries-old traditions, excellent wines, fine olive oils and many local dishes for which tourists come from all the world.
