Immerse yourself in Tuscan origins with our "Tosca" experience!!!
Lunch featuring Tuscan products and specialties with a tasting of 5 wines in San Gimignano.
Program
The experience will begin with guests meeting at the winery, where dedicated staff will welcome you and explain your selection.
After a brief introduction to the family's history and the company's history, the tasting will begin. Four wines will be paired with a rich Tuscan platter of traditional cured meats, mixed bruschetta, a selection of Tuscan pecorino cheeses, and a traditional Tuscan first course.
During the tasting, you can savor the intense notes of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
For dessert, you can try the perfect pairing of chocolate notes with our Sottobosco!

We are originally from San Gimignano and have always lived in this cradle of art and nature. Our family has passed down to us a passion and love for the fruits of the earth, and thanks to our grandfather Luano, we have maintained and developed the farm with vineyards and olive groves. Our dream: to live and work in this beautiful setting, to offer you our products and an elegant and diverse agritourism experience, immersing you in our concept of "good living." Oenological knowledge at the service of tradition and creativity. Our concept of "good living" is expressed through two lines of wines that embody our past and present, while looking to the future. The Palagetto Farm, with its properties perfectly nestled in the San Gimignano countryside, offers food and wine tours to discover the authentic flavors and aromas of Tuscan rural tradition. A heritage of sentiments based on one of the most profound values: respect.
