Visit and tasting
The Emile Beyer estate is located in the heart of the Hostellerie de Cheval Blanc in the village of Eguisheim. Family-owned since 1837, this former 16th-century hotel has produced numerous vintages. Today, thanks to the estate's expansion and new winemaking techniques, our production site has been relocated outside the historic center. We invite you to immerse yourself in our former cellar dating back to 1583 and indulge in a guided tour of our estate, now run by Christian and Valérie Beyer. We will explain how we cultivate the vines and vinify our wines using biodynamic methods.
After this immersion in our past, we look forward to introducing you to our wines and our terroirs through a tasting tailored to your tastes. This will be the perfect opportunity to discuss the themes of wine and gastronomy.

Located in Eguisheim, the cradle of the Alsatian vineyard, Domaine Emile Beyer passionately perpetuates a wine-growing heritage of more than 14 generations. Between respect for traditions and innovation, the Beyer family cultivates its vines using organic and biodynamic farming, offering exceptional wines that express the Alsatian terroir with purity. The estate is renowned for its Grands Crus Eichberg and Pfersigberg, true jewels of the vineyard, as well as for its Rieslings, Gewurztraminers and other emblematic grape varieties of the region. Thanks to a meticulous and committed approach, each vintage reflects the perfect balance between finesse, complexity and authenticity. A visit to Domaine Emile Beyer is an immersion in the history, nature and unique know-how of the Beyer family, for a wine-tasting experience rich in discoveries and emotions.
