Four generations of winegrowers who for more than 150 years have continued the tradition in the Valladolid municipality of La Seca. The vineyards of Javier Sanz Viticultor are distributed in a mosaic of plots, farms and payments where we practice sustainable viticulture within the Rueda Designation of Origin in which quality prevails over quantity. The strains are favored by three elements: the soil, the continental climate and the Verdejo grape (with great personality and optimal potential for winemaking), which achieves the characteristic freshness, complexity and balance of our wines. We are the result of the personality of a territory, a winery and a tradition.
