Located at Cogolin, 10km from Saint-Tropez, Château Saint-Maur, Cru Classé, gets probably its name from an ancient monastery based on the property. Nested west from the plain that link the Maures massif to the sea, the winery is rooted in the Provence's history and wines. This Provence's gem is a beautiful building from the end of the 19th century and its architecture reminds the Moorish Spain style from the 18th century. In the distance, the vestiges of the château of Grimaud overlook the hill. Below, there are houses and vines that cover the hillsides with scrublands and cork oaks. With its exceptional terroir and ideal location, Château Saint-Maur is a unique site aiming excellence and its owners have great ambitions to highlight this prestigious vineyard.
