Sobre o anfitrião

The estate was founded in 1850 by the Jessiaume family. Between 2006 and 2020, the estate was owned by Scottish winemaker Sir David Murray. After several generations of work by the Jessiaume family, a new team arrived at the estate in 2014, and numerous changes were made to the wines. Handling and crushing were reduced to a minimum. To achieve this, investments were made to renovate the winery and equipment. Harvesting is done manually in crates, as is sorting. Elevating conveyors are used for vatting. Vinification is carried out with natural yeasts, and the wines are made with gentle, controlled extractions. The goal is to produce elegant and refined wines that respect the terroir.
