Visit and tasting
Passionate about (viti)culture and history, we will be delighted to accompany you on this unusual visit: at the heart of our family wine-growing business, in perpetual motion... We travel through the centuries through period objects in the historical rooms of the Château de Luc, to the 14th century underground cellar.
We go back in time to relive the great moments that shaped the landscapes and vineyards of Languedoc!
A historical and gustatory immersion in the epic of the Midi wine region, from the Golden Age of the 19th century to the great revolt of 1907!
Then we will introduce you to the tasting cellar, installed in an old stable, to taste our organic wines, a wide range between the IGP Pays d'Oc, the AOC Languedoc, Corbières and Minervois. We will answer all the questions you may have about the management of the vineyard, the winemaking, the beautiful sites to visit in the surroundings...

For more than 14 generations, Famille Fabre has been passionate about and living for wine in Languedoc with today 5 châteaux. Since 1605, the family has maintained an intimate and respectful relationship with nature. Since 1991, organic farming has been taken for granted for Louis Fabre, a pioneer in the region. By going to Château de Luc, you will have the chance to discover the diversity of our grape varieties and our terroirs, promises of moments of pleasure.
