At the top of the Côte des Blancs hills, overlooking Bergères-lès-Vertus, you will delve into the living history of the house, feel the terroir vibrate, and perceive the secret rhythm of the seasons in the vineyard.
Then explore our cellars and workshops, the jewels where Personal Vintage champagnes mature slowly and majestically. Savor a seasonal lunch, punctuated by a tasting of five cuvées, each telling its own story, style, and finesse.
The day concludes with a masterclass tasting and the creation of your personal vintage, a unique reflection of your taste and personality.

Experience a Unique Champagne Project Champagne Hatt et Söner is the only Swedish-owned winery in the Champagne region. Founded in 2012 through the friendship of the Vallois family of France and the Ruscon family of Sweden, our estate lies in the prestigious Côte des Blancs, just south of Épernay. We cultivate around 5 hectares of 1er and Grand Cru vineyards dedicated to exceptional Chardonnay. “We craft precise, elegant Vintage Blanc de Blancs from the king of grapes: Chardonnay.” From the beginning, our ambition has been to honor tradition while redefining Champagne craftsmanship with a fresh perspective inspired by the French Art de vivre. Whether exploring our vineyards or joining a tasting, guests are welcomed as part of our family. Join Our Exclusive Members’ Club Our invitation only members’ club allows guests to create their own bespoke cuvée an experience already shared by over 1,000 members worldwide. Our vineyards, spread across more than 50 plots in the finest Grands and Premiers Crus of the Côte des Blancs, are predominantly planted with Chardonnay, complemented by a touch of Pinot Noir for our Rosé. Each plot is pressed and vinified separately, preserving identity, origin, and traceability down to each row of vines.
