Domaine du Chat Blanc is a 4ha family organic vineyard located in Saint-Didier in the heart of the Mont-Ventoux Natural Park. Viticulture and winemaking are as natural as possible, respecting nature and the soil, in order to express the richness of the terroir. The Chatal family is committed to respecting the biodiversity of the Domaine, which is run using organic farming methods, and ensures not only that this beautiful ecosystem is protected but also that this natural heritage is enhanced. Domaine du Chat Blanc passionately produces low-yield AOC Ventoux red wines and IGP Méditerranée rosé wines. Winemakers Stéphane, Catherine and Paul welcome you every day from 9am to 7pm (except Sundays in low season) in the sales area located in a magnificent 18th century stone farmhouse. They offer tastings of their organic wines, tours of their vineyard and picnic baskets upon reservation. The Domaine also organizes dinner concerts throughout the summer in the heart of the vineyard.
