Oenological workshop
This workshop is aimed at people who are looking for an unforgettable and personalized experience!
At the foot of the La Défense towers, Fady and Antoine offer you a workshop at their place of production, in a wine cellar.
An interactive, educational and fun workshop where, while learning about the production of red, white and rosé wine, you will exchange experiences and good humor with the producers and other participants.
For the second part of the workshop, you will be introduced to the art of tasting and especially to cheese and wine pairing.
You will then treat your taste buds to a pairing of 6 delicious natural wines and 5 carefully selected cheeses from local farms and dairies in Île-de-France!
Finally, each workshop ends with a quiz where you can win a bottle of wine :)

Sobre o anfitrião
Pif à Papa is the story of a son and his father, Antoine and Fady, who set out together to participate in the rebirth of the Ile-de-France vineyard. They have vines in the 95 and a wine cellar at the foot of the towers of La Défense accessible by public transport. They produce twelve different natural wines a year, white, red, rosé, orange and even mandarin :) With them, you can participate in various unforgettable workshops where you will discover the secrets of winemaking and tasting to then understand cheese and wine pairings or assemble your own bottle.
