Pastures, woods, livestock, cultivated fields, vineyards, orchards, canals, mills, and dairies. In ancient times, this variety allowed the estate to produce all the products necessary for daily life. Today, this tradition remains: it's called biodiversity, and it's the most natural way to keep the soil rich and fertile, protecting the ecosystem. We produce quality wines and authentic products, and we practice circularity by minimizing waste as much as possible. Indeed, all our activities are part of a virtuous cycle: even the clean energy we use comes from the byproducts of our forests, livestock, and crops. We integrate the wisdom and practicality of rural culture with the most modern agronomic practices, to safeguard biodiversity and allow people to taste and discover it.
