Visit and tasting
After a welcome in the courtyard of the Château de Caussiniojouls, we will take a car to the vineyard located in the heart of the garrigue where we will introduce you to the secrets and history of our terroir. You will also have the opportunity to admire the panorama that unfolds before us. We will then return to the village, making a stop in the wine cellar to show you the behind the scenes of the vinification and aging of our wines. We will finish the visit with a tasting of a selection of our estate's wine range in the heart of the old cellars of the now restored medieval castle.

Sobre o anfitrião
It is in the South of France, in the village of Caussiniojouls, leaning against the first foothills of the Cévennes and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, that the Chabbert family has produced an exceptional wine for six generations. Eric and Cyril, both brothers, Cathy and now Adrien and Gauthier, perpetuate the history of winegrowers. It was in 1994 that Eric decided to create the name "Château Chênaie". The family produces wines that reflect a great schist terroir: PDO Faugères wines.
