Visit and tasting
Together we will take a walking tour through the vineyards, visit the production cellar, the ancient Bottaia inside the underground tunnel and the historical Zoli archive of Predappio, a collection of 1,000 bottles produced in our territory from 1905 to 1970.
We will open the doors of our wonderful eighteenth-century Villa and then we will guide you in a tasting of 3 Noelia Ricci and Pandolfa wines, accompanied by bread and extra virgin olive oil of our production and by cured meats and cheeses from typical local producers.

Where Stories are born. Nestled among the picturesque hills of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines, a jewel awaits between the historic cities of Bologna and Florence: a splendid villa perfect for experiences, events and weddings, an architectural masterpiece surrounded by lush vineyards. Built in 1731 by the visionary Marquis Albicini, this refuge has many names: La Pandolfa, Villa degli Spiriti or House of 100 Windows. Today it stands proudly as Noelia's House, a sanctuary of timeless elegance.
