Dedicated to Duca Enrico Alliata di Salaparuta, it represents his eclectic figure who stood out for his avant-garde spirit. Theosophist, winemaker and lover of vegan cuisine, he wrote a book of raw and vegetarian recipes that also included wine pairings. A sensory journey through the history and tradition of Sicilian viticulture, with a selection of 5 iconic wines that have left an indelible mark on the Sicilian wine scene.
