Mount Etna is without a doubt one of the most trending wine areas of the moment: volcanic soil, tight spaces, old vines and an incredible micro climate, a special but small place packed with wineries on all sides of it.
We wanted to offer an experience that could give a clear representation of the various products that this area and its winemakers are bringing to life.
A comparative tasting, trying some of best artisanal wines side by side while pointing out at the different styles and at the geographical characteristics of the specific places.
The experience includes a tasting of 4 different wines, 2 whites and 2 reds, from different sites around the volcano with our WSET3 certified wine expert to guide you through the process.

Sobre o anfitrião
A small Eno-Bistro hidden among the less busy streets of Taormina in which we have managed to coexist a hospitable family-run environment and a high level of service thanks to the preparation of our staff. Born from the meeting between Donatella's culinary experience and her son Gabriele's knowledge of wine, the restaurant offers an informal and engaging experience thanks to which you will be catapulted into the Sicilian food and wine culture. Reinterpretations of traditional dishes and flavors in a modern key on the one hand and a vast range of artisanal wines collected individually from the smallest and most authentic businesses in the area on the other, all seasoned with careful explanations and curious anecdotes about the wines and the heroes who make them .
