Domaine Chanzy is a wine estate located in Bouzeron, in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise. It has 80 hectares of vines spread over the 3 different coasts of Burgundy. The objective of this meeting is to introduce you to our history and the passion for the winemaking profession that drives us every day. "Respect the climates" We have chosen to cultivate our vines in bio-sustainable agriculture. The choice of this viticulture makes it possible to respect biodiversity and the ecosystem over the seasons, and to preserve the authenticity of the terroir. "Sublimate the grapes" Our wines are aged in rigorously selected barrels to respect the identity of each terroir. Meticulous care is given to each of our wines, mastering the work of aging with meticulousness and adopting a rhythm based on the cycles of the moon as well as on harmonic resonances... this is how we sublimate the expression of our lands. "Revealing Treasures" Our talented, passionate and intergenerational team invites you to share its daily work and will reveal to you all the forgotten treasures of the Côte Chalonnaise.
