Visit and tasting
Come and discover our winery with a guided tour that will take you to the heart of the Erice DOC, amidst tradition, territory, and passion. We will start with a walk through the vineyards and I will guide you step by step through the entire wine production cycle, from grape harvesting to bottling. Each stage will be narrated in a simple and engaging way, to make you feel an integral part of our daily work.
The experience continues with a selected tasting of our most representative wines: we will start with fresh and elegant sparkling wines, move on to fragrant whites, and finally arrive at intense and structured reds, in a crescendo of sensory emotions.
What makes this experience unique is the familiar and authentic atmosphere: you will not be a simple visitor, but a special guest, welcomed with warmth and passion.

The Erice DOC is our home, and sustainable, contemporary wines are our offspring. Casa Vinicola Fazio was founded in Trapani, revitalizing the historic family business with a fresh look, but with the same passion that has kept us involved in the story of our island's wines for four generations.
