Visit and tasting
In Italy, wine is an integral part of the cuisine; opening a bottle of wine outside the table is heresy! In our opinion, therefore, to fully appreciate the wine it is essential to accompany each wine with an appropriate dish in order to enhance its characteristics. During the visit you will be accompanied through our two cellars, both the part with the steel fermenters and the 1400s cellar under our villa, crossing the Italian garden cultivated with the vegetable garden and the landscaped park with centuries-old trees. Following the dinner set in the ancient farm rooms and personally supervised by us includes the tasting of two types of oil and four wines accompanied by bruschetta, a typical Tuscan first course, a meat second course with side dishes and dessert. During dinner we will tell you what the techniques are for correctly tasting our products and how these reflect our territory according to the various vintages.

Sobre o anfitrião
If you are passionate about wine and extra virgin olive oil and would like to come and visit us, we will let you enter the world of food and wine culture. We will visit together the fermentation cellar and the one for aging our best wines, which dates back to the early 1400s. We will guide you on the tasting journey and tell you about our production philosophy, our tradition and our history. We will do everything to convey all our passion to you and give you an unforgettable moment, which I hope will remain in your memory. We can also organize tastings for you to present our products during events.
