Visit and tasting
Take a short guided tour of the park and gardens of the Château de Paraza, known to have been inhabited by Pierre-Paul Riquet during the construction of the Canal du Midi in the 17th century. With our guide, you will learn the history of the estate, the castle and its architecture and enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley, the Canal du Midi, and if the weather allows it, the Pyrenees chain.
You will then walk through the wine cellar where we will explain the methods of making our different cuvées, whether white, rosé, red or orange.
To continue this moment of relaxation, enjoy a tasting of 6 of our main classic wines. Ideal to have an overview of our know-how.

Sobre o anfitrião
On a plateau that overlooks the plain to the Pyrenees, above the Canal du Midi, the Paraza vines grow on a preserved terroir, lined with woods and olive trees. The clay-limestone soils, the sunny and windy climate specific to the Minervois, give our wines a generous character and a singular identity, harmoniously blending aromatic richness and finesse of the tannins. Far from the vineyards, the roofs of the castle dating from the 17th century underline the nobility of the place. Under Louis XIV, the Château de Paraza served as a home for the engineer Pierre Paul Riquet during part of the construction of the Canal du Midi. Charmed by the magic of the estate, in 2005, we undertook to change our lives and become winegrowers. Since then, we have been working as a family with passion and energy to offer you experiences of discovery of the vine and the wines of our estate.
