A path that will accompany you to discover the Chianti Classico between tradition and innovation.
The tour includes a visit to the barrique cellar of the Nozzole Estate, to the museum of historical vintages where the best labels of the Folonari estates are kept from 1980 to today and a guided tasting of the three Chianti Classico labels: Nozzole Chianti Classico, La Forra Chianti Classico Riserva and Giovanni Folonari Chianti Classico Gran Selezione.
The absolute protagonist is the Sangiovese which, in the Nozzole estate, located in a unique ecosystem of Mediterranean maquis, in the hills of Greve in Chianti, expresses its maximum potential and elegance.
Upon request, it is possible to accompany the tasting with a platter of Tuscan specialties.

The Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari Tenute was born in 2000 to continue the family winemaking tradition, which dates back to the end of the 18th century, under the banner of renewed excellence. Today the company is led by Giovanni Folonari and, with its five Estates, encloses and expresses the best of the Tuscan DOCs between tradition and innovation: the Nozzole Estate in the Chianti Classico, Le Tenute del Cabreo, in the Greve in Chianti area , where the Supertuscans are produced; and again the Tenuta La Fuga in Montalcino, Campo al Mare in Bolgheri, Vigne in Porrona in the Tuscan Maremma. Expression of the best Tuscan terroirs, the Estates have a total extension of 250 hectares and a total of about 1 million bottles produced each year. Sangiovese in purity is the absolute protagonist and with the line of Chianti Classico from the Tenuta di Nozzole, Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari Tenute he elects himself as the authentic "ambassador" of this vine in Tuscany. The commitment of the Folonari family has always been to create wines that respond to the needs and tastes of the consumer. The continuous search for innovation and the highest quality of oenological products, which represent the entire range of Tuscan wine production, are accompanied by a constant re-evaluation of the territory and its peculiarities through the offer of a new type of hospitality and experience of the Tuscan territory within its Estates: 5 non-hotel structures used as luxury residences
