This immersive experience will begin with a guided tour of the Cabernet Franc plots, followed by a discovery of the winemaking cellar, and then the troglodytic barrel cellar, a true underground jewel of the Estate.
The visit will continue with an original comparative tasting of several cuvées from Château de Parnay, revealing the full richness and diversity of expression of Cabernet Franc through different vintages. Each wine will be paired with carefully selected regional dishes to enhance the pairings and highlight local products.

Just 10 minutes from Saumur, along the banks of the Loire, come and discover Château de Parnay, and let us tell you the story of Antoine Cristal, an illustrious owner and an emblematic figure of the Saumur region for his involvement and great actions for the benefit of local viticulture. During a visit, you will have the chance to visit his Masterpiece, the Clos d'Entre les Murs, a unique plot in the world and classified as a historic monument. The estate is located on the banks of the Loire, in the heart of the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Park, on the most renowned clay-limestone terroirs of the appellation. The Vincenot family and their team have been passionately cultivating 35 hectares of vines in Organic Agriculture since 2015. "Producing exceptional wines with respect for people and the environment" is the Domaine's motto.
