Oenological workshop
We invite you to enjoy an original and friendly experience with our blind tasting.
You can choose:
- 3 wines according to your preference: Dry White, Monbazillac, or Red
Depending on the season, we welcome you:
- In winter, in the warm atmosphere of our cellars, in the heart of the estate
- In summer, outdoors, with a privileged view of the vineyards and the surrounding landscape
After a presentation of our wines and their history, we will guide you in discovering the tasting method. Then, it's time for the experience: you taste independently, share your impressions, and express your feelings freely.
This tasting is accompanied by a "chocolat du moment" (chocolate of the moment), carefully selected to enhance the aromas and create a gourmet pairing.
An experience accessible to all, whether connoisseurs or the curious, that puts your senses in the spotlight.

Sobre o anfitrião
Our Domaine Haut Montlong has belonged to our family since 1925. It is from generation to generation that we transmit know-how and passion. Independent winegrowers in Pomport, Laurence and Philippe Métifet wish to preserve the family side of the estate while developing and modernizing it. Focusing on people and exchange, we make it a point of honor to work and human relations. Field in organic farming.
