A great collector of exceptional terroirs and designer of legendary wines, who became an icon of the South-West of France. Peers from the great French and international AOP recognized his talent. He celebrates daily the excellence of local agriculture and highlights the products of this incredible gastronomic region. For 40 years, he has produced worldwide-famous wines on the best terroirs.
