Experience a tasting of the house’s iconic cuvées.
Begin with a tour of the estate and a parcel of our family vineyard (le “clos”), the winemaking cellar and our 19th-century Crayères, and continue with a guided tasting of 4 cuvées from the Grands and Premiers Cru terroirs of the Montagne de Reims.

Sobre o anfitrião
Our family domain, a historic 11-hectare vineyard, is located in the legendary Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy. Today, it is run by brothers Antoine and Quentin Paillard, the eighth generation of winegrowers. Since 2016, we have worked to define the « Antoine et Quentin » Paillard spirit. The following criteria have become essential to our signature: the conversion of our vineyards to organic farming, respectful soil practices to obtain high vine maturity with qualitative yields, and long aging in oak.
