Visit and tasting
Welcome to the Vigne del Malina winery experience! You will immerse yourself in a unique experience, exploring the special symbiosis between bees and vineyards, which results in surprising and delicious flavors.
Your wine adventure begins in the heart of the winery, where one of our experts will lead you through a fascinating journey into the world of Vigne del Malina. We will start with a historical overview, interesting technical aspects and details about winemaking and aging to fully understand the nuances of long-aged wines.
After the theoretical part, let's move on to practice! In the private room of our wine shop, our sommelier will be entirely dedicated to you, guiding you through the tasting of 5 wines and 3 varieties of honey selected by Vigne del Malina and Apicoltura Treffer. The tasting will be accompanied by delicious platters of local products, including cured meats, cheeses, sauces, focaccias and freshly baked bread.

Sobre o anfitrião
The “Vigne del Malina” are born where two streams, the Malina and the Ellero, certainly not by chance, have drawn a chalice shape. An alluvial soil with unique characteristics and microclimate, ideal not for large quantities but for great quality. The right place to create wine, as we like it. Our wines are born on an estate of 150 hectares, of which the vines occupy only a limited part. Thus the vineyard, with low ecological impact, breathes and enjoys biodiversity and the continuous manual interventions of man, since we have excluded any herbicide. We are in an alluvial soil with a unique microclimate, characterized by a notable temperature range and constant ventilation, due to the outlet of the pre-Alpine valleys. Our values are based on simplicity: good, clean and very varied wines, to return to the origins, to the taste, to the aroma, to the structure and above all to the particular character that distinguishes each vine. A simplicity that for many will be a great discovery.
