Celler Mas Pòlit cultivates eight hectares of vines on the slopes of the Albera mountain range, where the Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Mourvèdre grape varieties flourish, as well as the white Moscatel d'Alessandria. Thanks to the unique characteristics of our terroir, we favour meticulous manual work, especially for the harvest, in order to ensure a rigorous selection of the grapes from the vine and guarantee wines of exceptional quality. We seek concentration, personality and harmony in our wines. Concentration is achieved naturally thanks to low yields, while preserving the unique balance of the ecosystem. Personality and character come from the selection of exceptional terroirs, traditional mountain viticulture and the intelligent use of native grape varieties. Finally, harmony results from a subtle balance between power and freshness. The know-how and expertise of our oenologists play a key role in the blending of grape varieties, by precisely selecting the ideal proportions. Our goal is to create artisanal wines that combine ancestral tradition and technological innovations, to offer exceptional vintages that combine authenticity and modernity.
