You will discover all the secrets of the wine culture that characterizes the Rías Baixas.
We propose an authentic journey through Galicia through the perfect combination of our exquisite wines and their wonderful cheeses. You will taste three wines from our Bodega Vionta, accompanied by three top-quality cheeses.
In this unique gastronomic experience, you can enjoy two cheeses with designation of origin: the famous Tetilla Gallega cheese, known worldwide for its unique flavor and texture, and the unmistakable San Simón da Costa cheese, with its irresistible smoky flavor. In addition, you can savor the exquisite Galmesano Galician cheese, a culinary treasure that has been made with passion and dedication since 2018 by authentic lovers of Galician rural life.

Sobre o anfitrião
Founded in 2013, Bodegas Vionta is proud to produce some of the best Albariños from the Rías Baixas. After ten years crowning the hills of the town of Meaño, bathed by the Arousa River, the winery has blended into the local landscape. Vionta has taken Albariño to its rightful place, producing lively and carefree wines, as well as wines with extremely complex palates. The humid climate of the Rías Baixas combines with sandy and mineral soils to give our wines a touch of salinity. Today, our Vionta Albariño continues to receive awards, including the award for best Albariño in the world. Furthermore, to celebrate the beginning of our second decade together, Bodegas Vionta has produced the new wine: Bosque de Fuscallo. A tribute to Galicia: wine, sea, and wood, forever united. Our commitment to producing with Galicia's most distinctive varieties has also led us to produce our Vionta Godello, which, under the umbrella of the Monterrei D.O., surprises with its wide range of aromas and nuances.
