A unique experience that combines history, culture, and a passion for wine. At El Jardí dels Sentits, we invite you to discover the legacy of 5 generations of winemakers, next to a Romanesque monastery that is over 1000 years old. This place full of history will be the backdrop for an immersion into the world of wine, where tradition merges with ecology and biodynamics.
What will we do?
- You will visit our winery, where wines and cavas rest in a bohemian atmosphere.
- You will learn about the winemaking process, from harvesting the grapes to aging in barrels.
- We will share with you the stories and anecdotes of the 5 generations who have kept the tradition alive.
- You will discover how we have integrated ecological and biodynamic practices to preserve the environment and the quality of our wines.

Sobre o anfitrião
The Jardí dels Sentits is a family project that Blanca Ozcáriz runs, taking care of the 10 hectares of vineyards that her mother inherited. Managing the family vineyard since 1998 allows us to discover the potential of these plots worked with passion and continuous learning in biodynamic agriculture. Certified organic since 2014, incorporating plant cover, compost laboriously matured on the farm itself. Our wines enjoy very long aging, in the pure style of our grandfather Raventós. The wine will be the one who speaks to us through the senses!
