The awards we have obtained represent recognition of our consistency in the craft of vinegar making. Antonio Sánchez was a visionary in an era when no one believed in this product. This creative vision, together with the influence that the natural environment exerts on the wine we use as raw material and the long aging in barrels for years, have led us to produce exceptional signature vinegars.
The Gourmet Tasting includes:
A tasting designed for food lovers, where they can discover and taste high-quality vinegars, Reserva, Gran Reserva, and PX of different ages, learning to enhance their dishes with a gourmet touch. The experience is completed with a visit to our winery and a tasting of the wines from the DO M-M.

Toro Albalá is a family winery with a century-long history, where the passage of time and expertise have had the final say. Time, silence, vintage wines that express the essence of each harvest, cared for as if they were unique handcrafted jewels. Today, Antonio Sánchez heads the winery, recognized with the best international awards and considered one of Spain's 100 Gold Wineries.
