The Baur house was created in Turckheim in 1741. The Domaine is made up of a vineyard in an exceptional location offering granite soil facing south, with an average annual production of 70,000 bottles, Pierre and Thomas Baur rely on ​​the traditions of past generations while keeping an eye toward the future. Their in-depth knowledge of the terroir allows them to improve the complexity of the wines they produce. Pierre and Thomas have chosen to pursue another level of quality by converting the entire Estate to bio-dynamic agriculture. (Certified organic by Ecocert since 1998, certified Bio-dynamic in 2001 by Biodyvin).
