Mélanie Pfister is the eighth generation to cultivate vines on the limestone slopes of Dahlenheim, 20km west of Strasbourg. It is in these landscapes, rich in natural biodiversity, that organic farming has gradually taken root. The 11 hectares of vines are lovingly tended by a dynamic team, reinforced by our loyal seasonal workers during the harvest – which is done exclusively by hand. Passion and a desire to do things well are our driving force. Mélanie will be delighted to show you this during your next visit!
