Join us for a tour of the Citadelle Gin distillery, nestled in the heart of the Château de Bonbonnet, near the town of Cognac. For over a quarter of a century, the Citadelle team has worked meticulously to craft this world-renowned gin, honored by the most prestigious spirits competitions and voted the best French gin. At Citadelle, our goal is to control every aspect of our production, such as our juniper fields in front of the château, our orangery where citrus and aromatic plants grow and our distillation of course! During your visit, you will discover everything about the production of the first French craft gin and its patented infusion process.
