Oenological workshop
Discover the secrets of wine and the art of tasting it in a convivial atmosphere during our wine and dine workshops.
An initiation accessible to all to discover the essential notions of oenology in a simple and fun way.
ON THE PROGRAM:
- Discovery of aromas with Le Nez du Vin
- Learning the tasting steps (sight, smell, taste)
- Guided tasting of 4 wines from our cellar (2 whites and 2 reds)
- Presentation of the main concepts of the wine world: reading a label, choosing and buying a bottle without making mistakes, food & wine pairings, notions of grape variety and terroir, aging potential, wine service, etc.
- Tasting accompanied by platters of cured meats and cheeses

Between the Cévennes and the Mediterranean, at the northern gates of Montpellier, welcome to the foot of Pic Saint-Loup and the Causse de l’Hortus.
