Organic wine estate in the vineyards of Aix-en-Provence. Château Bonisson is first and foremost an extraordinary place in the heart of the Aix-en-Provence vineyard with the protected designation of origin “Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence”. With 10 hectares of vines carried out in organic farming bordered by a wooded area, Château Bonisson benefits from a protected ecosystem unique in Provence.
