Visit and tasting
The experience will begin with a visit to the cellar, then visitors will go to the plot of vines that surrounds the cellar to have a discussion about the vine, the soils and the terroir.
The experience continues with a tasting of 4 wines in the cellar.
The guide will train you in winemaking and all the production processes, from grape to bottle, but will also discuss the history of the estate, the family and viticulture in Bonifacio.
