Our traveling still—the last in Burgundy—travels through the vineyards, capturing the essence of the marc and wine lees worked by more than 200 passionate winemakers.

Did you know that until the sixties, the distillers who roamed the French villages were real local figures? Six decades later, the Still Bourguignon, artisan distiller, crisscrosses the Côte de Beaune and perpetuates this know-how thanks to its nomadic still. The team of the Alambic is committed to perpetuating this ancestral tradition, to give back its letters of nobility to Burgundy Eaux de vie and to make you meet them.
