Since the passage of the AOP in 1982, the unique terroirs of this territory have thrilled the taste buds of many consumers. Consumption habits are changing and now tend to consume better and better. Since the 2000s, through this observation, the cellar has focused its production on bottled wine and must constantly innovate to stand out on world markets.
The award-winning wines and the transition to HVE (high environmental value) are a reflection of the work carried out.

Sobre o anfitrião
A historic player in the appellation, the Cave de Saint Chinian is a notorious showcase for local wine production. Its particularity is to combine wine and creation, as evidenced by the concept of Art in the Cellar. Every year, since 2013, artists come to cover the concrete vats within the walls of the Cave de Saint-Chinian by a fresco in their image from an imposed theme: the universe of the vine and the wine, and of its winegrowers.
