Le Secret de l'Herbier embodies the audacity of an independent house founded by Cyril Guyon. Rooted in the Burgundy terroir, our Made in France spirits reveal the elegance of botanicals and artisanal authenticity. Distinguished by 22 international medals, including 18 gold, our collection of 12 references – from gin to botanical vodkas, pastis, aquavit, vermouth, and whisky – expresses a refined and creative art of living.
Guided by Cyril, creator and distiller of Le Secret de l'Herbier, you will discover:
- The principles of distillation, explained in front of our Holstein copper column still
- The herb garden, where our botanical treasure is hidden
- The workshop room, dedicated to the creation of recipes during our distillation workshops
- The aging cellar, located on the edge of the Ouche canal, where our spirits are patiently developed during aging
- And to conclude, a tasting session in our boutique where you will discover our entire collection
