Visit and tasting
First steps in the vineyard and discovery of our winemaking methods followed by a tasting of our wines.
Our visit begins on the Jasse plateau where our plots flourish with a view of the mountains and in particular our emblematic summit, the Canigou. We then continue with a visit to our old winemaking cellar now transformed into a restaurant with some curiosities such as our stained glass room or our underground barrel cellar and its hidden treasures.
Following the visit we will invite you to a tasting of 7 wines from our production in order to introduce you to a wide range and many details on our winemaking methods.

Sobre o anfitrião
A family estate since 1852, Rombeau has been part of the cultural landscape of Roussillon for 6 generations. Today, Philippe and Elise perfectly combine modernity and tradition to showcase Catalan culinary art. The estate has nearly 87 hectares of vines, 28 of which are organically farmed, and more than 20 grape varieties with the aim of offering unique and quality wines. Because we pay particular attention to welcoming you and want to share our passion with you, we offer several experiences as unique as our wines. Our team will be happy to welcome you and share with you all our manufacturing secrets... or almost all of them! Between a century-old cellar and an underground barrel cellar, you will not be disappointed with the journey.
