The Charles François et Fils estate located in the heart of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune in NANTOUX 21190, operates 14 hectares of vines, including 10 hectares in Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, 4 hectares in Volnay, Pommard, Meursault and Beaune. This domain goes to Pascal as well as to his daughter Pauline, son and granddaughter of François and gives birth to the house Charles Père & Fille. Pauline, wanting to have their wines tasted in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, created "La table de Pauline".
